My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2018

Today was not much different from yesterday. I exercised by walking and jogging around the neighbourhood. however it was less humid but more windy than yesterday.

I did not have any tall target today. I was just aiming to equal yesterday's tally of 13k steps and I guess I did justice to that!

Outside conditions:
Temperature - 40°C
Humidity - 44%
Wind speed - 21 km/h
