@actifit-peter has a plan,
to be a faster running man.

He has taken control,
setting training goals.

Careful not to over do,
he ties his running shoe.

Setting a reasonable pace,
this is a personal race.

In it for the long haul,
he gives it his all!

Success he shall soon find,
based on his state of mind!
