Awesome count on your steps! There is always so much stuff to do for winter prep and it sounds like you've got a lot on your plate. Up until recently, I had problems sleeping at night and woke up about the same time you are. I ended up trying melatonin. I found a brand that was cherry flavored and chewable, and I would take only a 'pinch' as I am very susceptible to it. If I took the whole tablet, I might be down for the count for 24-48 hours! Anyway, give it a try and see how it affects you. Have a good night!
My wife takes melatonin and we have a bunch in the house. I am usually hesitant to take it as I want to still wake up early, just not THIS early. Today I am going climbing so should have myself sufficiently wore out that I hope to sleep better tonight.
