My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2018
Today had to work late. This makes it hard to get any exercise in. Most of the day is spent riding in cars or driving. The phone usually is put away. After a drive home dinner and watering flowers . I went for a 20 minute walk. Better chance to get exercise in on weekends. where the results will pay off
