Those are mourning doves and you are correct! They are not very smart in so many ways and usually make marginal parents. They build a very small nest, sometimes only three or four twigs. The babies sometimes fall out and meet an early demise.

The frogs are usually hopping around on the ground or hiding under trees. Sometimes they are up on flowers or bushes. I'm not sure if you would call them a tree frog or not.
It is interesting to know that about the mourning doves. I've always liked them.
After running a proof of stake wallet for a long time it kind of slows down from having lots of transactions in it. I like to move the coins slowly to a new address so the wallet runs smoothly again. The trick is not to ruin all your coin weight in the process.
