I cycled to the store. Got chips, a personal pizza, and some other house hold items. I then rode my bike back home. I have done 20 pull ups and will do some sit-ups and other stuff.

Too bad all that activity doesn’t register on your @actifit fitness tracker.
Maybe add a few miles of walking for the 5K minimum.

It does not register pull ups well. I guess it works on how much motion the phone experiences. The app is fun to use do.
