It is pretty crazy how much more susceptible to this disease women are vs men. Making sure you get the right nutrients and vitamins early and often is very important. I didn't get a ton of steps either yesterday. Just about as many as you I think. I tried to make up for it by doing some jumping jacks this morning :)
Because in women, the level of Estrogen will decrease sharply after menopause. Women need estrogen to ensure Calcitonin help the bones absorbing calcium. So women not only need calcium but also estrogen replacement therapy.
Of course we also need excercise to make body fit. You know, today I walked less then 5000 steps, so that I didnt post it on Actifit. 😁😁
