My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2018

First post on my transitioning of health/actifit posts to this username! I'd like to post actifit every day and make a short entry detailing what I do each day so I thought it would be good to do on it's own...

Here is a short one to start and more tomorrow!

This involved performing activity related to Daily Activity, Moving Around Office, Walking
