You are the ultimate mentor! Very elaborate post on everything you have been doing and how your mentoring is going. This is a quality post - deserves so much more - wish I was a WHALE.

    I have put some effort into it but it's been fun too. I love helping other, I do it for a living anyway, so it's all kind of natural to me.
