My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2018
Just a normal day of working and walking around the shop. I feel like just over 5000 steps is an average day for me. Tomorrow I’ll probably be doing a bit more as I’ll be setting up at the shop for the week. He interesting to see how the normal week translates.
