I didn't get my afit token in steem engine from my wallet but in wallet history actifit.io sent to steem engine what happening with my tokens where is goes?

all those transactions which took place while blockchain was down were refunded back to each affected user's accounts, so your AFIT are back into your actifit.io wallet.
