My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2019
Working out with the machines today. Slow and steady 3x15 on light weight. All the big muscle groups. Chest legs and back. Threw in some vanity muscles like arms in end. I had to give up on legs and overhead lifts mid through cause of a pinch in my injured back. Slow and steady wins the race. Now of to BJJ practice for the kids.
