I sure can. So @actifit is an app you download on your phone. You run it all day in the background then before midnight you use it to post a post on steemit. You will get an upvote from the @actifit account according to how many steps you did. You will also get some tokens to your account. the tokens will accumulate untill the SMT come out on steemit then they will change into that so you will get paid then. So basically you are just accumulating a bunch of money to be paid out later. The app will need your user name and your private posting key and it will store it on your phone. You can also delegate to them and recieve tokens as payment
