My Actifit Report Card: August 7th 2018

Just another day at work.

Testing out the new actifit app, looks really promising. Never used an app for counting steps before, so I'm not sure if these numbers are big or low. Gotta keep using it I guess, we'll see how it goes on a day outside the "office".

@backyardgoonie tracked today a total of 18126 moves/activity via Actifit Fitness Tracker.
This involved performing activity related to Moving Around Office
