My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2018

Hello, Steemians! I had a relatively slow day to day with resting and walking. The last several days were extremely stressful for me because I had a court hearing to attend to in another country and the pressure was enormous. I had 3 flights in 2 days and drove 10 hours in car. Steemit and Actifit were the last thing on my mind so I'm continuing with the exercises from tomorrow on. I needed a recovery and after a few days everything will come back to normal. Today's walk with Vida & Aris was a huge stress-relief for me. Talk to you soon!
