Second day trying this apps. Manage to get 8k step today with limited space to walk around my work place. Most of the time I only seat at my table, preparing drug for our patient.

@aphours tracked today a total of 8526 moves/activity via Actifit Fitness Tracker.
This involved performing activity related to Moving Around Office, Walking
