Playing pickup basketball is a great way to stay in shape.. especially full court! My back tends to flip me the bird after I try to play nowadays so stick to low impact workouts generally (elliptical etc).
I miss it and may try to hoop again with a brace on. My defensive play style can be a bit aggressive. Nothing like setting up a good screen. 🏀
I am not good at playing basketball. But next weekend I will give it a try.
