Day off and so today i decided to take the train and go for a new place to run and also do some tourism. I was thinking of doing trail running but my knees are not very good yet so i prefer to run in surfaces without uphill or downhill levels. I walked and run for around 1h and 30 and now i'm sitting in a coffee place resting and drinking orange juice
