Walking is good for health. Everyday discipline wise walking control the human body. When you walk early in the morning you enjoy natural breathe. That moment environment is so cool. Mind blowing refreshment you enjoy that moment. Increasing your walk and control your blood circulation. We will be self motivated.

good post bro... we all know walking is good for health, but very few actually do it regularly..
You remind me my school days when I used to write essays on morning walk. Though I was not go for morning walk.. indeed it is good habit for healthy life every one should go out for morning walk..
