An employer has revealed that concerns about robot control over human jobs are unfounded, as more and more employers are planning to increase or maintain staff due to machinery.

The report included 19,000 employers in 44 countries, with 69 percent of companies planning to maintain their workforce, while 18 percent wanted to hire more people, the highest result in three years.

Twenty-four percent of companies investing in robots and digital technologies over the next two years plan to add jobs, compared with 18 percent of those who do not operate, the report said.

Only 9 percent of employers in the annual survey said automatic operation would lead directly to job losses, while 4 percent did not know what the impact would be.

What is your opinion? Is it correct?
