Got a mile run in today. And after work. Really need to do that more. Temp's were in the high 40s. I love running in the cold. It's like a workout in itself.

Nice job. I remember back in Tennessee where we got much more snow than here in South texas...I would love to run in freezing temps. and snow falling. You're right It was a workout in of itself !
