The only requirement is that you are a CoinBase member. They will ask you to provide some info for KYC (Know Your Customer) laws, such as a passport or drivers licence, and also a selfie holding the same. There may be a waiting list for some of the coins. But it's free; you just watch 5 2-minute videos and answer one multiple choice question per video. Took me about 15 minutes per coin I earned. So I got $10 worth of 4 different coins, which equals $40, in about an hour. :)
