This update represents a compilation of the recent news, updates and projections about our Actifit project, including top actifitters for the preceding voting cycle, as well as updates on our account and delegations !

Exchange AFIT tokens for STEEM Upvotes!

Yes we made it happen! As we announced on our last radio show this Friday, we've been working tirelessly on bringing the first step to exchanging your AFIT tokens to real world value, and that starts via converting them to STEEM upvotes.

As of this moment, this functionality has gone live and is available to use by any AFIT tokens holders. So how does the process go?

Process:

You need to head over to actifit.io, login to your account, and head over to your wallet. In there you will notice a new button "Exchange AFIT for STEEM". Obviously, click that :)

This will take you through a simple 3 steps process:

Step 1: Set AFIT Funds Password

• You will need to set a Funds password. This password will be used whenever you wish to exchange AFIT tokens for STEEM upvotes. Please make sure to save that somewhere safe.
  You can use our auto-generate password button, or just choose your own.

Step 2: Verify Password Via STEEM/SBD Transfer

• Step 2 will actually require that you verify your password via a STEEM transfer. This requires that you send out a one time fee of a minimum of 1 STEEM or SBD to @actifit.exchange account. You can do this right from this screen via clicking the Send & Verify button, which will take you through steemconnect to perform the transfer.
  Please make sure not to close the browser once you do the transfer so that we get you verified properly.

Once the transfer is captured, you will be taken to the final step.
FYI If for any reason you were unable to send the funds, you can revisit the page and do the transfer again, which will automatically pickup from step 2.

Step 3: Exchange For Upvotes

• Now you are ready to actually exchange your AFIT for STEEM upvotes! You have 4 options now: 5, 10, 15, or 20 AFIT tokens. As we have somewhat limited voting power, and to make this available for as many actifitters as possible, we limited the amount of tokes that can be exchanged.

We have also adjusted our AFIT token pricing based on market modifications so as 1 AFIT = $0.036. We implemented the upvote process so as you actually earn a net reward approximately matching that value.

So for example, 10 AFIT tokens will actually give an upvote of approximately $0.55, which will net you after all curation around $0.36 following our upvote. Of course those numbers are estimates at the time of this post.
Keep in mind you need to have a minimum of 100 AFIT tokens to be able to perform an exchange. We will setup in the upcoming days the capability to also purchase AFIT tokens directly via STEEM to benefit from this functionality.

Here you will need to use your funds password, and once you do, your upvote will be queued to the upcoming reward cycle by Actifit. Keep in mind that only Actifit activity reports eligible for upvote normally will be the ones rewarded.

You can only submit one active exchange request. We will also be processing a maximum of 40 requests for AFIT to STEEM upvotes exchange per each rewards cycle, and they will be on a first come first serve basis. The ones not processed will be moved to the following rewards cycle.

There will be some more improvements to the process as we go along, and if you have suggestions, feel free to throw them our way. If you face any issues, you can always contact us on discord.

AFIT Token Stats & STEEM Payouts Sent

During last week, our actifitters and delegators piled up more tokens. To date, Actifit has distributed over 26 Million AFIT tokens, to 39K+ token holders and 59K+ reported activity.

We also sent out today our weekly STEEM delegators share, which went out to 447 delegators (compared to 444 last week), with a total amount of 122.861 STEEM and 26.407 SBD (compared to 119.181 STEEM and 24.065 SBD last week).

P.S.: STEEM amount includes both SP and STEEM rewards for delegators, whereby each delegator receives liquid STEEM as a total for both amounts.

A kind reminder to all actifitters: some versions of esteem app still cause issues when used to edit your reports, via removing essential info Actifit uses to identify proper reports. This prevents related reports from receiving rewards.
Until this issue is officially fixed via the esteem team, we advise that you use other Steem interfaces for editing, including our own actifit.io, steemit, busy or others.

The amount of delegated SP has a large influence over not only the daily/weekly delegation reward, but also on the amount of rewards the actifitter receives on daily reports, as it constitutes a key element in User Rank.

Which is why being an Actifit delegator now has more influence on your rewards, coupled with number of AFIT tokens and other factors highlighted before.

Delegators share a max cap of 100K AFIT tokens according to their delegation amount, and also earn a 5% beneficiary reward from actifit posts' beneficiary earnings.

Since many ask, here we describe again an easy way to calculate your AFIT tokens for a full day of delegations:
(Your Delegated SP) * 100,000 AFIT MAX / (Actifit Account Delegated SP - without account own SP and any delegators who opted out).
So for instance if you had delegated 100 SP, your daily earnings would be around:
100 * 100,000 / 275,000 = 36.36 AFITs

We are appreciative of more delegations to be able to better award actifitters and support our project, so thank you for doing that !

When you are looking to increase your delegation, you need to use the new total amount as the delegation amount, and not only the increased amount. Otherwise only the new amount will be used, and the remaining amount will be undelegated.
