Actifit Daily #32: Actifit v 0.3.1, Esteem Issue, More Charities, Top Actifitters & 71K SP

This daily post represents a compilation of the recent news and updates about our Actifit project, including top actifitters for the preceding day/voting cycle, as well as updates on our account and delegations !

Actifit V0.3.1 beta (patch release)

We are happy to release a minor patch update to version 0.3 beta we release few days ago. We received few complaints and annoying experiences in terms of Beep sounds occurring due to excessive notifications on Android 8 versions, but also that the post content area had been annoying to deal with in terms of data entry and scrolling.
Add to that, the display of the charities section has been not so well rendered, particularly after the kick off of our first (now 5 charities) as part of Actifit.
So today's update essentially targets those issues.
Please make sure to update your current install to the latest Actifit version, as we will soon be deactivating support for prior versions which will no longer be able to post daily activity.
As a quick summary, the release included:

• Fixing multiple notification Beep sound issue in Android 8.
• Fixing scrollable post content text area to show all content properly
• Fixing display of charity items + adding charity display name + additional details link
• Adding dynamic version name to be sent with post according to android app version

Esteem Editing Issue

We have noticed that editing Actifit posts via the Esteem app leads to overriding the post meta created via our Actifit app. This unfortunately results in inability to reward those posts neither via tokens nor upvotes.
We have contacted Esteem team, and they have confirmed that they will work on fixing this issue in future releases.
So for the time being, please avoid editing Actifit posts using Esteem app, otherwise you might lose your Actifit token and upvote rewards. Editing using other Steem front ends (Steemit, busy) is working fine, so you can easily use them if you would like to edit your posts after sending them via Actifit.

More Charities Added

Today we added 2 new names to the list of our Actifit supported charities, and those are @SchoolForSDG4 and @YouAreHOPE.
Both are well known for being quite active and supportive of charity work, and we are happy to be able to provide a means to lead more donations their way.
With the new update to v 0.3.1, you should be able to easily view all charity options, their names, along with a steemit link to view further details about each charity

As of now, @SchoolForSDG4, @YouAreHOPE, @ADollarADay, @mannacurrency and @steemminna are all available options that you can access in your app settings. Interested in donating to their cause(s)? you are more than welcome to do so !

By opting in for donation, you will actually be donating your Actifit token rewards, yet your post Steem upvotes will still be rewarded to your own account/post according to the standard Actifit approach, so it's a win-win situation :)
Disclaimer: Please note that donating to any charity is your own personal choice, while we find the causes and the works of charities we add of great value, yet that is your own personal decision.

Top 10 Actifitters

Today we reached another all-time high in terms of number of daily Actifit submissions, rewarding 139 submissions with successful proof of activity, out of which 107 got the max 10,000 movements or more.
Our top scorer with the most activity count for yesterday was @ninegags, with 34928 activity count!
Our second top actifiter was @iliasdiamantis with 28435 activity.

Of course we are always on the lookout for more delegations to be able to better support our project and award actifitters.
Keep in mind that delegators earn daily Actifit tokens with a 1:1 match to their delegated SP, as well as a 5% beneficiary reward from actifit posts. So if you delegate 500 SP, you earn daily 500 Actifit tokens (up to a max total cap of 100,000 Actifit tokens per day).
