Yes this is true! In the past you got 1 AFIT token for every upvote on actifit-posts, even older ones within the 7 days. You now get AFIT tokens (mostly between 0.2 - 1 Token) when you upvote posts PRIOR to the beginning of the actifit upvote cycle.
Thanks Peter... I had left curation-follow in Steemauto on for all this time, and didn't think it was doing anything, but it's good to get that confirmation. My actifit account isn't very big, so mostly I was just producing dust votes... so I'll select a few active actifiters and just curate them.
