well i don't think like that ,base on my experience .hype projects do more than what they should because its a hype ,they need more crazy news than other project to make it work
but i think gcox is at the middle of hype and legit great project ,that is why is harder to predict
i did some research on this project, they really work hard for it and this project is great :)
i also visit their website to research and feel is a great project.
If want to hype their no need to being many job and find celebrity to join it.
