This key is a very important key. the Master key can change any key of an account including the owner key. Its safe storage is meant to be put offline and only used to recover compromised(or stolen) account.
Owner key is another key that can be created from Master Password. We can also create other keys with owner key, lower level key such as posting key, active key and memo key. Only Master Password can be used for account recovery. Owner Key cannot be used to recover our account.
