Family flies (Ordo Diptera)

Every day I keep looking for small animals, with the help of macro lens allows me to get various types of insects that live on this earth. Today I found insects from the fly family (Ordo Diptera). The insect looks very beautiful with its two colors, red and black. I take pictures from the same side, I have difficulty to move places. How not, if I move then he will rush away leaving me.
