Philosophy
In a way of life, many components of the community that the task each. In an organization, each have duties and responsibilities according to their fields. However, if there is a failure in a mission, each component remove themselves from responsibility. No one gives a plausible reason, and some are not. In fact, there are arrogant bully. Here are acted by siwah (hawk) birds.
Siwah (hawk) is a bird that likes to prey on chicks, as his role with the eagle. But he was able to defeat the eagle with a bolt. Therefore, it can act as they please. This is evident from his words when asked why she was grabbed in chicks. He just replied casually course: up to me, I snapped all. This is arrogance or arbitrary "ruler" of other beings.
