KUAH BEULANGONG

RECIPES OF BEULANGONG FRUITS
INGREDIENTS :
1 kg of beef / goat
1 liter coconut milk
4 stalks lemongrass, crushed
5 bay leaves
GROUND SPICES :
20 pieces of dried chili (rawit)
15 pieces of red pepper
8 pieces of red onion
5 pieces of garlic
2 teaspoons black pepper
3 teaspoons of cilantro, roasted
4 spoonfuls of cumin
6 grains of cloves, roasted
4 cm cinnamon
8 candlenuts
2 cardamom grains
4 cm ginger
4 cm turmeric
Salt to taste
HOW COOKING FRUIT BEULANGONG KHAS ACEH:
Wash the beef / goat until it is completely clean, then then cut the meat in boxes.
Blend all the finer spices that have been provided, if it is finished mix all the fine spices with meat and stir until blended and let stand for 15 minutes.
