Apparently Dollar in Steemit is Bitcoin, Not A Real Dollar?
Hello steemians all, have you tried to see more detail and more in steemit website? Hopefully once ya .. hehehe. My curiosity about steemit, made me try to find some articles and tutorials, how the actual steemit system is built ?.
Okay, let's do it .. let's find out what exactly happened in steemit! Here I will explain a bit about the terms used in building this steemit system, but I will not explain the technical side of building a steemit website from the ground that uses several programming languages like C ++, Javascript as web fron-end, steemit (steem, condeser and steem- js), can be seen source code at https://github.com/steemit.
The term used by steemit is Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Ethereum.
Cryptocurrency

BlockChain comes from Block and Chain, each of which has its own meaning. Chain (chain) is a unique chain record and is a plot of all consistent stages of an item / transaction. Block (special box) is a place / boundary / special area to accommodate all item / transaction changes that occur during chain process. (https://www.kaskus.co.id/)Ethereum (ETH) is a chain-block platform with intelligent contract functionality. Ethereum has a function like a virtual machine that can run a peer-to-peer smart contract with Ether (ETH) cryptography. Ethereum is a great project started by Vitalik Buterin in 2013. The first block of Ethereum was found on July 30, 2015. (wikipedia). By definition from blockgeeks.com, Ethereum is an open software platform based on blockchain technology where developers can create decentralized apps. Like Bitcoin, Ethereum is a scattered public blockchain network. Although there are many technical differences between Bitcoin and Ethereum, the main difference is its purpose and function. Bitcoin offers a peer-to-peer electronic money system for Bitcoin payments or transfers, recorded on the blockchain. While Ethereum focuses its blockchain to run any decentralized programs, including Ether payments or transfers.
Well, my friend steemians already understand? InshaAllah understand yes. Okay we go to the next discussion. So based on the above explanation that the steemit system was built with Cryptocurrency, Blockhain which is similar to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and hundreds of others, which are not managed and controlled by banks and governments.
So the crude language is steemit it is a database to collect bitcoin, the more it writes there, the more bitcoin is produced. So logically like this when you do "Post posts, Like or Upvote and Comments", then the programming language will change the three items automatically become bitcoin (Not dollars). Steemit --> Bittrex ---> Bitcoin ---> BTC x IDR ---> BRI Mobile
Well, Why does my assumption say that it is not dollars? If in case of dollars, we can transfer directly to our account for example to paypal, e-wallet or other. Why do we have to redeem again? And convert again .. hehe :)

I have experience first while still learning about BTC (bitcoin), I often poke the btc from free sites like freebitco, by clicking on some of their ads and watching the ads provided there. Then after the btc is collected then the process of sending or deposit is done, delivery is done using bitcoin account as a place or DOMPET collect btc. After that we send again BTC that we collect for sale bitcoin dimarket such as bitcoin.id and others. So with the steemit site is exactly the same as a free bitcoin provider, just the difference is the latest version and the latest way to get btc.
