The Origin of Aceh's Special Weapon Rencong

NANGGROE Aceh - the land of the Veranda of Mecca, Aceh is also known as the land of Rencong. This is all because there is a unique weapon in Aceh as a symbol and symbol of Aceh. Rencong was used by several Acehnese fighters in the fight against colonialism of foreign nations first, not just fighters who used rencong but also kings and aristocratic groups in Aceh. In the Aceh historical record, an Acehnese fighter killed a group of Dutch soldiers who were armed with only a rencong. This moment made the Dutch colonialists devastated and even stressed thinking about this strange event. This is the reason why the Dutch mention the Acehnese as people who have lost their memories or Aceh Pungo. This is also what makes Rencong also the deadliest weapon ever, until there are only a few thousand Dutch graves left in Aceh.
