Back to back The Helsinki MoU also originated from the GAM Conflict and the Republic of Indonesia and ended the peace agreement. However, the points of the current Helsinki MoU have not been fully realized. The Government of Indonesia does not wholeheartedly implement the Helsinki MoU. We hope this decade-long conflict does not happen again. Depending on how the Aceh Government should address this issue wisely, it does not take a unilateral conclusion that hurts the Acehnese people.
