Responsibility in the General Dictionary of the Great Indonesian Language is the circumstance in which it is obliged to bear all things, so obliged to bear, bear responsibility, bear everything or give answer and bear the consequences. The responsibility by definition is the human consciousness of behavior or good deeds that are intentional or not deliberate. Responsibility also means acting as the embodiment of awareness of obligations.

Responsibility is natural, which means that responsibility has become part of the human life that every human being and that each person will bear his own responsibility. If someone does not want to be responsible, then there are others who are forcing the responsibility action.

Responsibility is characteristic of civilized man (cultured). Man feels responsible because he realizes the good or bad consequences of his actions, and realize also that the other requires his devotion or sacrifice. To obtain or raise responsible awareness needs to be pursued through education, counseling, exemplary and piety to God Almighty.
