Cryptocurrency hitting the media attention phase again?

Is this the beginning of another run? Cryptocurrency seems to be hitting the media attention phase after the SEC and CFTC joint committee. We've seen news such as Arizona passing a law that allows citizens to pay taxes in bitcoin, Microsoft embracing blockchain, Virginia senator super bullish on crypto (predicting a 21 Trillion Market cap. by 2020) and a whole lot more.

All this seems to have change the perception again. Institutional investors now have solid ground to stand on knowing that the US and big companies are positive on cryptocurrency. We will see large volumes again and huge run ups. I personally don't think we will hit ATH's anytime soon but $520 billion market cap in the next 2 weeks seems reasonable.
