Cake Timpan or usually known as lepat is one of Aceh's most popular pastry cake by aceh society. Cake Timpan is made from glutinous rice flour. In it there are usually various variants of content such as grated coconut or srikaya. How to make it very easy is to make a dough of glutinous rice flour or from sweet potato flour and mixed with coconut milk and given a little sugar and salt to taste more felt on the tongue and after the dough is ready, then the next dough rolled into one with a young banana leaf and steamed until cooked.
