Location of Aceh King's Tomb at Waste Disposal Researched

Researchers Institute of Technology Bandung researching the location of the invention of the tomb of the King of Aceh was accidentally discovered during the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) project in Pande Village, Banda Aceh.

We are concerned, because this is the tomb of the King, the time occupied wastewater treatment, said Teuku Abdullah Sanny, researchers ITB, Sunday, March 4, 2018.

Sanny hopes, with the use of his patented Ground Penetrating Radar tool can reveal the alleged remaining remains of the Aceh Kingdom on site.

With that, it can be a consideration for local governments to relocate the construction of WWTP to other places.

So far, Sanny and the team will conduct research at 10 points using his own georadar that can penetrate into the ground to a depth of 73 meters.

About two weeks we can give the initial conclusion, will be done the next stage, he said.

In addition, Sanny also ensure it will find a good alternative location IPAL for the government. We are committed to seek other alternatives, he said.
