What we see happens to the lives of others, whether good or bad is the result of the process they have been through.

When we look at the success of others, it is easy for us to praise and admire them without seeing how they have to go through various processes to achieve that success and success. We do not necessarily see the process in which there is hard work, ups and downs, discipline, despair, tears and many other things.

Similarly, when we see when someone is experiencing a failure. It is easy for those of us who just look from the surface to criticize and judge without looking deeply. We never see how a person has made full efforts, sacrifices and many other facts that are not visible on the surface.

The volcano erupts, not without a process that has been turbulent in it. Therefore, if we do not really know what has happened and can not help, then silence will be much more meaningful

Everyone has their own burdens, so we need not add to the burden of others just because our comments are not necessarily help or build.
