just make sure to keep it away from your dog.

i started with dark chocolate with sugar and worked my way up. not all baking chocolate is created equal. some are more bitter than others. i found a baking chocolate at whole foods called TCHO. it is very enjoyable to eat with some dried fruit, always in moderation.

Keep Xylitol away from dogs too. Its great for your sinuses though.

almost forgot. most sources say xylitol is the cat's pajamas for everything, tooth decay control, sugar replacement for glycemic control, i have even seen people recommending it for use as a supplement, i can't imagine why. then i heard someone say that it causes brain damage (in humans) it took me a while to track it down and i'm still looking for where i put it, but i found a study out of Duke university that said that it did cause brain damage. i only found the 1 study, so make of it what you will.
