Comparative analysis. In any case right now it's pretty obvious that there's some really high value posts that don't deserve it. But in the end it should rather be about the wisdom of the crowds to assign payout. Not completely but for example if we take trending as an example to bring down crazy values. Might also make people think twice about botting shitty posts. That's why I don't really see flags as a bad thing if used for that purpose.
I agree with you in that respect.
