ABUSE PSA. DO NOT USE RESTEEM SERVICE BY @BILALHAIDER
@bilalhaider is a steemit.chat troll who consistently is spamming chat with vulgar messages and constantly harassing women. This is the same person who impersonated @kafkanarchy84 about a month back in chat and said horrible things in his name.
By using his "service" you are supporting one of the worst people steemit has to offer, there is a REASON he has a 0 Reputation

Flagging will not help this situation any more since he already has no reputation, but I urge you NOT to use his resteem service. Not only are you aiding a horrible steemit user, but you are making YOURSELF look bad in the process by associating yourself with him.
I have gone through the people who used his service for the past week, and only tagged them below so they can know to stop using his service.

I would like to repeat. These people did nothing wrong, but I urge you all to stop using his service. It can only hurt your own reputation by associating with him
If we can make sure that steemit is NOT profitable in any way for this horrible user, then he will leave, and Steemit will be a better place.

I don't understand the point of these resteem services. I don't "get" why people would be willing to pay to spam their link to a bunch of bot/disinterested followers.
The upvote services I get, since there's ROI to be made there.
So steemit has a dark side too. That's sad. But the platform is supporting the good behavior. (this is what i love about it) So this won't last long. Trolls will always exist, i even support the clever ones, not just the spammers that have nothing smart to say...

i dont support spam its right taken action but what did @shla-rafia do u kicked em out from the chat mods always do mute without any fucking reason everyone has right of freedom of speech i was also there when bilal was spamming you would also seen me there with the name hraja but atleast take a look on shlarafia post hes very angry with mod and i witness the same steemit adventure muted me without reason tarazkp and m31 was there u can also ask them sadly now m hating steemit.chat

Hey bud, I already commented on @shla-rafia s post.... he is not muted in chat right now. not sure what happened, but I think it may have looked like he was muted because someone put the room to (READ ONLY) in order to stop the spam. Pretty sure it was all a misunderstanding. try not to jump to conclusions about the mods, they were trying to help the situation, sorry if you got caught in the crossfire.
