Tere is a fine line between not speaking proper English and spamming. There are plenty of people out there who's mother language is not English and still, have no problem communicating. Spam is just spam, it's simple as that.
.. well you go for it ..hope it brings you and us all good luck, we are going to need it. At least do the constructive thing, before you pound -out theae poor little folk, give them some warning... give then a chance to change their ways.
My english is very bad and was wors when i first joined steemit but you have to look at statistik with 500 coments a day - Good post . I consider miself helpfull as many other people just there must be some limit . I wont flag people just because , i will flag the spam coments and i will add the reson for it .
