Totally agree with you. With or without flags Steemit is censorship free because once something is put on the blockchain it stays there forever. We should embrace the flag, and use it the other way around. It's no secret that the highest paid authors are not the best ones, and even If I upvote on less popular the rich are going to get richer. By flagging the abusers, all the really good authors will stand out. After all, Steemit is about quality content and interaction and it's up to all of us to make it happen. If we don't stand​ up for ourselves​ this place is doomed.
