In my opinion the biggest problem (that makes people leave steemit) is the fact that many of us are being attracted by "power users" who are claiming that this platform can make you rich.
People see posts in trending making solid $$$ and they think that it's really place full of financial opportunities. They dont know yet that all trending page is fake and pumped with bots.
With time they learn all that painful lesson and they leave.

Thanks for the kind words mate and what you've stated is spot on. I myself went through the same learning curve. Dissappointment at first, but realized that effort has to be put in to realize any rewards, and even for that, one needs time and patience.

So we're on the same page here.
The truth is that Steemit is a great place if you want to make valuable connections with other people from same industry. Especially if this industry is crypto related. That's why I decided to be present here in the first place.
Making $$$ directly by posting,voting etc - it's gonna work only for those who are already rich and can self-vote themself within circle of rich whales.
