Once there was a girl named Rosa. She lived in a village covered with mountains and clouds. There was a lake, which was covered with beautiful lotuses, some white some pink while other red lotus. At the nights of full moon that lake and it's beautiful lotuses looked magical.

The village was very small. Only 300,400 people were living in that village and each and everyone knew each other. They all were living like family. If anyone had any problem the whole village stood besides them and helped like a family member.

That village was live example of heaven on earth.

The people of that village was unaware of the evilness like jealousy, corruption, fraud etc. Even if they were not very wealthy they were satisfied with what they had. Most of the people were farmers and merchants. If they needed any thing which their village couldn't provide them they have to go to a town which was 70km away from their village.

The girl Rosa was also very kind and sweet like other villagers. She was born in a farmer family. She was the only child of her parents. Her parents loved her more than anything. She had not very sharp features which defines beauty nowadays, she had a round face with average face cut. Brown eyes, yet you can see her heart through her eyes. She had short blonde hairs and 5ft height and fair complexion. She didn't attend school after 8th grade because her mother fell ill and she had to help her at home as well as her father at farms.

Her parents never gave her anything fancy to play with. She had two dresses which she used to switch and wear. Sometimes she wore her father's shoes sometimes her mother's. And when anyone made fun of her she also laughed with them. She never had any big dreams other than living happily with her parents in that beautiful village.

Rosa was everyone's favorite child. Whoever meet her she made them laugh. She was always ready to help in need. She always respected elders and loved the youngers and her age.

When her mother's condition started to worsen her father decided to take her to nearby town for better medical help and because Rosa will be left alone he take her with him too. Everyone helped them according to their capacity and told them not to worry we'll take care of everything till you return.

Rosa was 16 at that time. And she had never been outside her village so she was excited too. And with all the best wishes they left for the town.
After they reached there they went to the hospital for check up. And the doctor said that they have to admit her. So they admitted her mother at hospital and did other formalities. Because of they didn't had much money to afford a hotel room to stay they asked the hospital management to allow them both to stay at the hospital as according to hospital rules only one person can be with the patient at night time. But after knowing their condition a doctor named Dr. Willson allowed them to stay both at hospital.

Dr. Willson is a very charming and young doctor. He was only 27 at that time yet he was considered one of the best doctors. After seeing Dr Willson and knowing that he convinced others to letting them stay at hospital Rosa felt something different for him. Something which she never felt before.
