Foreign Employment.

Generally, foreign employment refers to going out from one country to another country in search of a job and to earn money. People of Nepal go to different countries to earn money because even good qualified people are also not getting proper employment in Nepal.

According to a report of the Department of Foreign employment, every day 1,500 Nepalese are leaving for jobs abroad. Due to lack of job opportunity, many people are doing brain drain. Brain drain is the process of going abroad. Foreign employment refers to those people who go abroad in search of a job.

Foreign employment is increasing day by day. according to the report of 2060 and 2061, it is estimated that 3.8% people are still unemployed in Nepal and due to lack of sufficient job facilities more than 800,000 youths have gone Overseas till Asar 2064.

Hence, Foreign employment means going out from the country in search of a job.
