Coffee make me better while talking something

What is the pleasure a cup of coffee? Aroma, taste, or maybe a necessity? Maybe that's a variety of imaginative assumptions for those unfamiliar with coffee drinking. But not so for us Acehness community, Coffee has become an integral part in the life of Aceh society, if you want to compare coffee shop in Aceh beat the number of coffee stalls in France, as well as coffee lovers, coffee lovers in Italy is still far in number when compared to in my area, that the fact !

Aceh is one of the best coffee producers in Indonesia, of course the multi ethnic community is getting easier to get a cup of delicious coffee to start daily activities. The proliferation of a coffee shop in the province of Aceh makes it a 1001 coffee shop areas and this is not a mere rhetoric. If you go to Aceh you will find various community activities spread in various coffee shops in Aceh, not infrequently we can easily find officials in Aceh are enjoying coffee in the shop.

In the 19th century the people of Aceh have not known coffee, coffee entered into Aceh brought by the Dutch Colonial then as a colonist who controlled Indonesia or better known Dutch East Indies then, in the 20th century Dutch who managed to expand his territory managed to find a region that very suitable in coffee planting, Tanoh Gayo is a very suitable highlands according to the Netherlands as the development of coffee plant "product of future", and sure since Aceh was known as the largest coffee plantation development area in Indonesia, even in Asia.

Over the time, coffee culture began to exist since then, and it is written on one of the graves of Aceh warriors in the past "Singoeh Beungoh Tajeb Kupi in Keude Meulaboh, Atawa loen syahid" (Tomorrow we grab some coffee at "keude Meulaboh" or I would be syahid in Holy War) the words are spoken by Teuku Umar to encourage the soldiers who was at war with the Dutch marechausee army in Meulaboh, and that same day he Syahid on the Holy War. This is the cultural history of drinking coffee is ingrained for the people of Aceh, probably in the 19th century Acehnese people do not know coffee, but thanks to the arrival of the Netherlands in the 20th century Aceh became one of the world's export-quality coffee producers.

In the 21st century the culture of drinking coffee grew deeper, the taste of Aceh coffee presented in various ways as the change made it one of the culinary centers to be visited, initially the way of serving Coffee in Aceh with hot water that remains boiling, poured repeatedly into a container and then filtered using a cloth-made filter into a cup, the unique presentation of Aceh Coffee makes it a tour for coffee lovers in the archipelago, even the world. Various modern tools in contemporary times for the presentation of coffee such as espresso and others have not been able to beat the way of served at traditional coffee in Aceh.

Coffee is a miracle drink, at least for the Aceh, because it feels it can change based on place. People used to know only black coffee, even if there was a mixture usually only milk or sugar. The way of presentation is simple, urban people not only regard coffee as a necessity, but also accompanied by lifestyle. In fact, now in Aceh has a variety of premium coffee shops.

Even so, people say, enjoying Aceh coffee not only enjoys the taste, but also cultural tradition. In Aceh, coffee shops are gathering places, meeting and discussing topics. For the people of Aceh, visiting coffee shops is an integral part of everyday activities. There they socialize and establish hospitality while enjoying coffee. They come to enjoy coffee, as a place to meet friends or business associates, or just simply unwind. "All the problems must be finished in the coffee shop", so the popular proverb in Aceh.

Perhaps coffee was originally introduced and planted by the Dutch in the former colonial period, but later in the daily coffee developed and blended in the culture of Aceh society, so it is now be a part of the lifestyle of people whose living in Aceh.

No coffee no talk. One of idoms of Aceh people. First step with bismillah, then, grasp the coffee cup and close your mouth, sips slowly while inhaling her scent. Enjoy it. A cup of coffee and a cigarette is a perfect blend to fill your spare time. Salam kopi aceh @dilimunanzar
