[CtW] AAR Isnochys Plays HoI4 (Rt56): USSR #1

I didn't want to restart my game every 5 minutes, so I switched to Hearts of Iron 4.
There is still some coloring task to be done for us!
We failed as Germany, but maybe we can succeed as Soviet!

I will not show a map of Soviet Union, we should know this by know.
But instead, we go ahead with the Stalin Cult.

Once that is finished, we continue with the Great Purge.
There was nothing of interest in between.

Ok, you will get a map.

Nothing interesting to be seen.
West and East is calm, we don't go for any claims yet.

Ah, fun time.
Well, not really, they are just fighting in the East.
Not that we can interact there in any way.
We have 15 Infantry divisions next to it..but they won't fight..

We gain at least some experience by that event.
But could have been more!

Finally!
It took them quite some time for that event.
End of August 36 already.
We better go and dive into it.

5 Tank divisions should be enough to help for the good cause!

The start of the Spanish mini Campaign.
First we need to get back the north.

We have a massive deficit in tanks, so we need more military factories, let's go for that one.

And next is the Lenin Cult.
Gives us lots of options to increase our knowledge.
We have only 3 resorch slots so far.

After half a year of fighting, we won the North.
Now our troops head into the south to press the enemy in the corner

One month later there is barley any resistance left

Another month goes by and the war ended.

Yeah, we didn't gain anything in this episode.
But we laid the foundation to a huge empire
:)
Or we will be crushed by an internal force, like last time
:))
