Renewal, Regeneration, Repair, Healing - Working Through Chakra Blockages (+ Guided Notes on Chakra Alignment Exercise)

I was sitting in the tub - the perfect conduit of energy, a body of water - and it had been a while since I last aligned my Chakras through simple breathing meditation.

So, feeling my own energy, I visualised a white light coming from the Earth, into my feet and up towards the first chakra. I imagine a red orb of energy clicking into being, as in a video game, and then more white light coming into the Root Chakra. I proceeded to do the same for the other chakras.

I was aware that there is some sort of blockage between the third and fourth chakras. I had a lot of trouble squeezing through towards the Heart chakra before I actually felt the green orb flicker into more pronounced being as I focused on sending the white energy towards it. It really felt like the energy was squeezing through and only a thin zig-zagging line, like an image of lightning, came through; but the light came through all the same.

I continued on from the Heart to the Throat chakra, the beam of white energy becoming thicker again. But then I discovered another blockage, one I had not been previously aware of, one that exists between my Throat and Third Eye Chakras. I had no idea that one was there. Interesting. This time, it's not that it was squeezed, it felt like it just would not go through, like a plank had to be pushed away to make way for the light. I managed to get the light through by pushing that invisible plank of blocked energy aside, but the plank remains. Third Eye and Crown Chakras connected without any glitches.

So the girl has two blockages, not one. It's going to take more grounding and breathing alignment exercises to remove these blockages, and it's something a bit of EFT can help with too. I'm also creating a new playlist for some DNA Repair and Cell Regenration and Full Body Regeneration and Healing. I found 432 hz Tibetan bowl music. There are more 432 hz and 528 hz tracks I want to discover and see if I vibe with them. It's going to help with my hair too, I can sense. I've stopped counting how much I'm shedding because I am in the low average now. So now that we found a diet and routine that helps prevent the excess loss, let's stop focusing on the loss and focus on the renewal, regeneration, repair and healing.

If you'd like to realign your Chakras, it's quite simple.

  • Breath deeply from the root of your spine and imagine a white beam of light shining up into you coming from the Earth.

  • Imagine that light flowing up to your Root Chakra.

  • Imagine the light touching the Root Chakra and a Red Orb flickers into being.

  • As you breathe slowly, imagine more of the white light flowing up towards the Red Orb of energy and blending with it.

  • Notice what's showing up, if there are any emotions or sensations in your body. Those are indications of blockages. Take mental note of them, you will be able to write them down later and work on them individually at your leisure.

  • Next take a moment to breathe deeply a few more times. Help yourself with your arms and hands by motioning them from your feet towards your chakra if it helps. Simply breathe and allow the light to flow through you.

  • Now imagine the white light moving up towards your Sacral Chakra.

  • Again imagine an orb of energy, this time Orange, flickering into life.

  • Breathe in as you acknowledge the energy that is showing up for you today.

  • Imagine more of the white light flowing up towards the orange orb of energy and blending with it.

  • Notice what's showing up, emotions or sensations in your body. Did the white light flow quickly and connect well, was the flow slow? Very rapid? Is there a blockage? Do not judge any blockages, they are indications for you to help yourself and the energy is working with you to help you clear any blockages that are showing up. They are your friend, they will help you heal.

  • Breath in deeply.

  • Do the same with your Solar Plexus Chakra. The colour for the orb for this one is Yellow.

  • Connect the white light and notice what's showing up. Notice the image it brings to mind as you visualise the energy that's flowing through you. It will help you know how to work through that blockage later on.

  • When you are ready, proceed towards the Heart Chakra, its colour is Green.

  • Then with the Throat Chakra; its colour is Blue.

  • Then with the Third Eye Chakra; its colour is Indigo.

  • And finally, with the Crown Chakra; its colour is Purple/Violet.

  • Finally, when you are ready, motion with your arms and hands all the energy, from your feet, up through each Chakra and out from your Crown Chakra in a circular outward motion and back towards your feet.

  • Breathe a few times before you complete.

  • Even when you are done, that energy will continue to cycle through you and the work that you did will continue through the energy that you allowed to manifest within you today.

  • Thank your body for allowing you to notice what was showing up and how it appeared to you or felt to you.

  • Write down any notes you feel necessary.

  • Thank you!

Yes, I believe it's the Kundalini Chakras that have an eighth one. I typically go by 7, and for me the white energy is all around, not just at the eighth Chakra, but it also is a focal point for some people if that helps your energy flow better.

I've heard of this for a very long time but have never understood it. I've been asked what colour light do I see when I meditate (40 years and more) and when I say I don't see any colour or light then they drop away as if I was some kind of ghoul. I don't seem to be able to imagine any kind of light; and perhaps that's the trouble: imagine. I ask myself what is real, and if there is something real then why do I have to imagine it? I've been to the center of me and found there what I was looking for in life; but as soon as my mind spoke, away it went and no amount of trying gets me back there again. For me, light is what I feel and not a colour; so perhaps, for me at least, it is not about imagining but rather to feel my way past all the blockages and obstacles I've absorbed; for they are not real and like mist on a sunny day soon clears...

It's possible that your brain is blocking with the term "imagine", which is normal. To a lot of people, to imagine means to invent. Whereas in meditation, to imagine is akin to visualisation, to picture something as you would perceive it in your subconscious mind. Some people don't EVER see an image, they only feel things, and that's fine too. I can see things AND feels things, so I guess I'm able to compensate where one is lacking if that happens.

Remember that whatever shows up or doesn't show up, not to judge it, it's fine. Just because you are unable to picture it in your mind does not mean the energy does not exist. It's still there.

What helps a lot of people I know is to picture something they can associate with. If coming up with an image makes you feel as though it's not real and you want to tap into the realness of it, then instead, use your arms and hands to help guide the movement of the energy, rather than your mind. You might simply be more a body person than visualisation person, and that's perfectly fine.

So instead move with your body and simply feel what shows up, acknowledge it, without judging it. Feeling is just as powerful as visualising and just as effective. If you have that capacity to feel, that is wonderful and there have been times where either I only saw, or only felt.

I'm not sure why people would walk away and think you strange for no being able to visualise. It's strange to me, because it seems as though they fell into judgement of the very thing that is there to guide us away from judgement, but hey, it's okay. They might have been taught one way and not have considered the other possibilities.

You have a wonderful gift to be able to feel that which many can only visualise.
