Sherina is a young girl who is intelligent, energetic, brave, and likes to sing. He always tries to achieve his desires. The story of the Sherina Adventure movie begins with a scene where Sherina climbs a tree to feed the birds in the tree branch. Then Sherina goes down and cheer up with friends who are waiting for her below. They sing and rejoice on the way home from school. In the middle of the road, they separated and immediately returned to their homes.

Arriving at home, Sherina was told that there would be good news from my father. It turned out that the news was about the acceptance of Mr. Darmawan, Sherina's father, on a vegetable plantation in North Bandung which required their family to move to Bandung and make Sherina have to be willing to leave her friends.
During the trip from Jakarta to Bandung, he was always sullen. Although he had a smile and was stunned to see the scenery on his right and left, he again bent his face because he still had a sense of heaviness leaving Jakarta.

The story goes to Sherina's new school setting. Here it is illustrated that Sadam and his two accomplices, Dudung and Ican, tried Fariz by placing him on the bookcase until the bell rang and the teacher arrived. The teacher told Ican to help Fariz down and told the students that there would be new students from Jakarta. The teacher also invited Sherina to come in and introduce herself. When resting, Sherina asked her friends why they did not dare to fight Sadam. They answered him by saying that Sadam was so rude that none of the children dared to fight him even though the Sadam gang always tried to harm them. Hearing this, Sherina mobilized her new friends to fight Sadam. Sherina challenged Sadam to apologize for saying "Monkey". Sadam does not want to do that. They also teased each other in the middle of the field through singing a song.

That night, Sherina confided about Sadam to her mother. Sherina asks if the delinquency is from the small. Then his mother answered wisely that every baby born into this world was in a state of holiness so that delinquency was not innate. There, after seeing Natasha, they immediately met the Ardiwilaga family and would meet with their son called Yayang. After being summoned, it turned out that Yayang was Sadam. Sherina laughed at that.

Another time, Sadam challenged Sherina for the first time - first to Bosscha Star Observation. Sherina agreed. The next day, Sherina prepares the necessary equipment and brings along camping tools. Contrary to Sherina, Sadam brought nothing but drinking water bottles. They also travel. In the middle of the road, they are separated. Sherina realized it and immediately looked for Sadam.

Suddenly he was shocked by the presence of people who turned out to kidnap Sadam. He managed to escape from the siege of the kidnappers. However, Sherina returned again and tried to help Sadam by infiltrating the car and the kidnapper's house. In the middle of the night, when the kidnappers fell asleep, he managed to help Sadam free himself. They hid in Bosscha.

Elsewhere, in a magnificent office building in Jakarta, Natasha came to Kertarajasa's place and told her that Ms. Ardiwilaga had called her to approve her offer to sell Ardiwilaga plantations because she needed three billion to redeem the Sadam who was being kidnapped. Kertarajasa was pleased because he felt that the Ardiwilaga plantation would soon fall into his hands and his desire to make a real-estate project would soon be carried out.

Return to Bosscha, the next morning, Sherina runs away looking for help. He left on his own because Sadam couldn't run because of his relapse of asthma. Sherina goes home to Mr. Ardiwilaga by riding a vegetable truck. At the same time, Mr Ardiwilaga almost signed a plantation sales letter submitted by Natasha. Mr. Ardiwilaga was hesitant to sign it because it was still hard to release land that had been hereditary from his family.

Sherina arrived at the right time. He came right when Mr. Ariwilaga will sign the letter. Sherina came while carrying evidence in the form of an agreement between Natasha and Kertarajasa which she had taken at the house of the kidnapper of Sadam. Mr. Ardiwilaga was angry. Natasha was taken by the police. The police also arrested Kertarajasa who was holding a press conference in his office.
This incident makes Sadam want to make peace with Sherina and apologize for his treatment that likes to be ignorant to friends.
